As a busy business owner, you can focus on running your business while we take care of your website. With our support plan, we offer a range of automated and hands-on services to keep your website up to date.
You’ll receive regular updates on key performance metrics, ensuring you stay informed about your website’s progress.

In addition, you’ll enjoy up to 90 minutes of ad-hoc support, providing you with the assistance you need whenever you need it. Plus, as a support plan member, you’ll receive more than 10% discount on all additional projects.
Our hourly rate increases to £75 per hour for clients not on the support plan. However, the rate will be fixed at £60 per hour for clients opting for the support plan.
Squarespace Support Plan FAQs

A support plan is a low-cost, flexible support service designed for both new and existing clients. It includes up to 1.5 hours of ad hoc support per year, a website health check, and lifetime access to VIP courses covering software like Squarespace and Canva.

You can access support by submitting a ticket through our contact form or booking an appointment with our team. We can provide assistance over the phone, help set up email campaigns, or address technical difficulties like managing domain names.

The support plan operates on a “use it or lose it” basis. Any unused support time will not carry over to the following year.

If you exhaust your allotted support time, you can purchase additional ad hoc support at a reduced rate of £60 per hour. Otherwise, the standard rate of £90 plus VAT per hour applies.

You can leave a support ticket through our contact form or book an appointment with our team. Face-to-face meetings are available for local clients, subject to availability.

Our standard support turnaround time is five working days, although most tickets are resolved within one to three working days. Critical or urgent issues can be escalated for immediate attention.

Critical support issues include features not working on your website or website downtime due to domain renewal issues.

Yes, the support plan is separate from the content and coaching plans. However, any unused ad hoc support time from the support plan can be added to your monthly plan time allocation.

The support plan offers flexible support time at a reduced rate of £60 per hour plus VAT, compared to the standard rate for non-support plan clients. It provides peace of mind and access to additional services.

Signing up for a support plan is optional. It’s designed to provide low-cost and helpful support, but if you believe it won’t add value for you, you can choose not to sign up.

Yes, if you don’t renew your card details in our system, your support plan will be cancelled. You will have 30 days to renew the card details and retain your current plan status.

While we cannot guarantee future price increases, we can assure you that there will be no cost increases during the 12-month subscription period. We aim to lock in prices at the time of sign-up.

We only accept debit/credit cards or PayPal as payment options. Other forms of payment like online banking, check, or cash are not accepted.

Once the website audit is conducted within 10 days of signing up for the support plan, refunds cannot be accepted. Cancelling the support plan during the 12-month contract period will still provide support until the renewal point.
